FLO was phase one of our online quoting and ordering portal. To reflect the updates and progressive improvements, we’ve renamed this platform to HMIQ — The Intelligent Way to Quote. This upgrade introduces a smarter, more advanced quoting experience with enhanced visualization, integrated CAD capabilities, and expanded real-time ordering tools designed to help dealers quote, sell, and order more efficiently.

What’s changing and why does it matter?

HMIQ is designed to improve the way dealers design, quote, and sell shower enclosures by bringing more of the sales process into one connected experience.

With HMIQ, dealers can:

  • Design complete shower layouts with integrated CAD
  • Show customers real-time visualizations during the conversation
  • Generate pricing instantly
  • Reduce back-and-forth and move from quote to order faster
  • Access the platform from a phone, tablet, or desktop

What does HMIQ do?

HMIQ gives dealers 24/7 access to real-time pricing, product configurations, and ordering tools through a web-based platform with no downloads required.

The platform allows dealers to design, visualize, quote, and order shower enclosures in real time using integrated CAD technology—helping streamline the sales process from initial conversation to final order.

Who can have access?

HMIQ is available exclusively to HMI dealers and partners. Access is being expanded in phases as we continue beta testing, gather user feedback, and roll out additional platform capabilities.

When will HMIQ be available?

HMIQ officially launches to all dealers on June 1, 2026. We are currently in beta testing and continuing to gather feedback from dealers to help refine and improve the platform prior to full rollout. Additional products, features, and capabilities will continue to expand.

How much does HMIQ cost?

HMIQ is provided free to authorized HMI dealers and partners. After requesting access, dealers will participate in a complimentary onboarding/demo session to walk through the platform, setup process, and available capabilities.

How do I get started with HMIQ?

Getting started is simple.

  1. Submit an HMIQ access request form
  2. Complete the authorization/setup process
  3. Attend a quick onboarding demo session
  4. Receive your login credentials and Quick Start Guide

Once setup is complete, you’ll have access to begin designing, quoting, and ordering through HMIQ.

Can I use HMIQ during in-home sales appointments?

Yes. HMIQ is designed to support in-home selling by allowing dealers to build layouts, visualize configurations, and generate pricing in real time from a phone, tablet, or laptop.

This allows customers to see selections and layouts during the conversation, helping create a more interactive and confident buying experience.
