HMI Contract: Our New Home for Commercial Projects with Our Glazing Partners

We’re proud to introduce HMI Contract, the new website and brand identity for our commercial shower door and bath glass work. This launch represents more than a new site—it’s a clearer expression of what our commercial division has grown into and the scale of the projects we have supported for years with many of our glazing partners.
Our commercial experience spans:

Now, that experience has a dedicated home, built specifically for architects, designers, glaziers, and key accounts managing large-scale commercial projects.
Previously, our division was branded as HMI Hospitality. While that name reflected our strong hotel background, it also suggested that our work stopped there. The reality is our commercial expertise has always extended well beyond hotel projects. We’ve completed thousands of multifamily units, supported highly customized residential and mixed-use developments, and delivered specialized solutions for demanding environments. HMI Contract better reflects that full scope while bringing the scale and prestige of those projects to the forefront.
At its core, HMI Contract is the commercial-focused division and resource of HMI Glass, not a separate sales channel. The purpose of the division is to support design, specification, and coordination—without changing how products are purchased or delivered. By leveraging specialized manufacturing expertise—while maintaining control over product quality, design, and brand identity—HMI Contract delivers solutions that combine scale, durability, and style without compromise.
That philosophy is reflected in our products. HMI Contract equals contract-grade. Our domestically manufactured shower enclosure systems are designed to perform across a wide range of commercial and hospitality environments, balancing durability and consistency with clean design and flexibility.
